manda was my beautiful younger sister. from an early age she showed potential, there was four of us sisters. Me the eldest, Kellie second eldest, Leanne third eldest, and manda, the youngest. at five years old she joined a ballet class and immediatly fitted in. she was the best in the class and over 100 shows by the age of 12. she also learnt to ice skate at eight years old, and showed lots of talent. she performed in 7 shows, and in four of them she came second, two of them she came third, and in one of them she came fifth. she also loved to sing around the house, though she got embarrised about singing in front of people.
she was a lovely girl who always put others before her. she liked living every day like it was her last, and it broke our hearts when her last day came. when i was first told, i couldn't believe it. she used to phone me everyday, we were as close as anything. we went on holidays together every year and she wouldn't go out with her lovely boyfriend Jack, before he got my approval! she was everything to me and it broke my heart when she died on the 27th February 2008 due to an infection.
seeing her in the chapel of rest at the hospital was unbelieveable, she didn't look dead. she just looked asleep, beautiful. at peace. i wanted to hold her, i wanted to beg the doctors to do something. but of course they couldn't, because manda had flown to heaven. she now sits on the clouds and waits for us. i dream about her many nights, where i'm holding her, and where im talking and she's talking back, but of course. it's just a dream. i can never have my beautiful sister back no matter how much i want her. i miss her more than anything in the world, and i hope she knows that she left this world loved, and that i think about her everyday xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

With each passing day.
Not one of us knows how long they'll be here
Or when God will call for his loan,
And take that special angel, picked just for you
Back to his glorious home.
But he made us a promise and I have no doubt,
He will carry you through this great sorrow.
